DESCRIPTION:
T-400 is a new and unique oil-based injectable testosterone blend based on Sustanon 250, enhanced with 150mg of testosterone enanthate. Now it contains five different testosterone esters: testosterone propionate (30 mg); testosterone phenylpropionate (60 mg); testosterone isocaproate (60mg); testosterone decanoate (100 mg) and testosterone enanthate (150mg). This added testosterone ester adjust its duration of activity. It is no longer necessary to argue whether it is better the testosterone enanthate or sustanon. Because of the fact that T-400 has one of the highest amount of active substances per ml, this product is well suited for intermediate users who use higher doses of testosterone, therefore the fewer injections will suffice to reach desired amount of testosterone.
As with all testosterone products, T-400 is a very strong anabolic drug with pronounced androgenic activity. It is most commonly used in bulking cycles, providing exceptional gains in strength and muscle mass. T-400 contains a mixture of five testosterone compounds, which where modified with the addition of carboxylic acid esters (propionic, propionic phenyl ester, isocaproic, enanthic and decanoic acids) at the 17-beta hydroxyl group. Esterified forms of testosterone are less polar than free testosterone, and are absorbed more slowly from the area of injection. Once in the bloodstream, the ester is removed to yield free (active) testosterone. Esterified forms of testosterone are designed to prolong the window of therapeutic effect following administration, allowing for a less frequent injection schedule compared to injections of free (unesterified) steroid. T-400 is designed to provide a rapid peak in testosterone levels (24-48 hours after injection), and maintain physiological concentrations for approximately 21/34 days.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Testosterone is readily aromatized in the body to estradiol (estrogen). Elevated estrogen levels can cause side effects such as increased water retention, body fat gain, and gynecomastia. Elevated levels of testosterone are likely to produce androgenic side effects including oily skin, acne, and body/facial hair growth. Men with a geneti predisposition for hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) may notice accelerated male pattern balding. Anabolic/androgenic steroids can have deleterious effects on serum cholesterol. This includes a tendency to reduce HDL (good) cholesterol values and increase LDL (bad) cholesterol values, which may shift the HDL to LDL balance in a direction that favors greater risk of arteriosclerosis.
ADMINISTRATION:
Although active in the body for a longer time, T-400 is usually injected every 7 to 10 days for muscle-building purposes.The usual dosage among male athletes is in the range of 400-800 mg per injection, taken in cycles 6 to 12 weeks in length.This level is sufficient for most users to notice exceptional gains in muscle size and strength.
